📝 Returns & Refund Policy – Matchstick 5150

At Matchstick 5150, every product we offer is crafted with purpose, passion, and personal flair. We want you to love what you receive — and feel empowered every time you use or wear it. Please read the details below to understand our policies regarding returns, refunds, and replacements. Please note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes on made-to-order products.

🔄 Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Posters, Home Decor, etc.)

All of our apparel, posters, mugs, and other printed products are made-to-order through our print fulfillment partners. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or preference changes.

However, we’ve got you covered if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a printing error or manufacturing defect

In these cases, please email us at hello@matchstick5150.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund for eligible claims.

💄 Handmade Cosmetics & Physical Products (Launching Soon)

Because our handmade items are crafted in small, intentional batches, we ask that you double-check your selections before placing an order. Due to the personal nature of skincare and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

We will accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • Your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To request a return or replacement, email hello@matchstick5150.com with your order number and photos of the item.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once your claim is approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect depending on your bank or card provider.
