At Matchstick 5150, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Because our store offers a combination of made-to-order products and handcrafted items, shipping times may vary depending on the item you purchase and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed

🛍️ Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Decor, Accessories)
Our apparel, art prints, mugs, and other printed items are created on demand through trusted third-party print partners.

Please note: Orders may arrive in separate packages if you order multiple items.
🧴 Handmade Products (Cosmetics & Self-Care)
Our handmade items are small-batch and created with intention. These items are packed and shipped directly by Matchstick 5150.

Shipping: 2–5 business days (U.S. only during launch phase)
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
🌎 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer shipping throughout the United States via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but it may be added in the future.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is available on select products fulfilled through our print partners. Delivery times vary based on location and customs clearance.
Please be aware that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

⚠️ Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Matchstick 5150 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven't received it:
